As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity everyday. If you want to lose weight, maintain weight loss or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more.

Adults are recommended to get around 150 minutes of exercise weekly - or only 75 minutes if it is impact or strenuous activities. There is no upper limit to how much you can work-out, but overdoing it can cause serious side-effects. If you feel mood-swings or depression that you did not have before you began working out, if you feel like your heart is beating faster than normal outside the workout, if you find that your body is in pain (not sore muscles but pain that keeps going), if you feel exhausted everyday instead of gaining energy, or if you find that sleep has become difficult for you, these are all signs you may be overdoing the workout. If you are outside often, sunscreen is a must, and hydration is key.

Personally I know many people that play sports, go hiking, swimming, etc. all day long, but they don't do it every single day. Doing several activities a day is great, and won't be harmful if you take the time to stretch, hydrate, and put on sunscreen (if outside). Be conscious of how you feel after each activity, if you are beginning to feel lightheaded, then stop to rest.

You have just asked a good question.

Playing of games are tasked we consider to be fun but mostly have impact on our IQ.There are times you play games and later you feel headaches right?

Now,it is best to play games a total of two hours per day, anything higher than that is becoming excessive and can cause your IQ to decrease.

And when talking about games that involve physical contact and transfer of energy,it is best to do it at a cool tempeture.
