Hollister

Why are their so few hollisters compared to A&F stores.

I believe it depends on location. Abercrombie and Hollister are owned by the same people so it would appear that considering many consumers see their products as being very similar in theory they only need one per location. To reap the most profit

They pretend to compete but really the money goes to the same person. Hollister has a beachy vibe compared to Abercrombie although I find a lot of their clothing to be similar although I admittedly sometimes like it. Thus in areas where beachy vibes dont sell as well hollister is less often found. So I would say the reason for fewer hollisters is due to location and the market.
