Tracking An Order Without Number

I placed an order 3 weeks ago from kids abercrombie and havent received it yet.  I dont have the tracing number  can you please advise

Every Time you order online you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks, and also depending when you order because of holidays some order are put on hold because FedEx and UPS close for a couple days.
