I Renewed My Avg Security On 5/3/15 With My Credit Card.
I just submitted my complaint 2 min. ago.On 5/3/15 I used my credit card to renew my security with you. Theservice that I requested was $54.49 you deducted that amount but then you went ahead and deducted another $55.28 for what reason? I have no idea. I have spent a good deal of my time since then trying to resolve the problem. It has turned into a comedy of errors. And iv'e about lost confidence in your company. If it is at all possible could you please refund my $55.28 without any further complications. Such as closing the original security service that I payed the $54.49 for. Thank you. Rhon Daniels
