Due To Your Automatic Billing I Now Have An O/draft Charge Of £15
I thought I would have been contacted before this amount was debited a refund has been given for £29.99. I no longer use this account but because of your transaction I am now faced with a £15 overdraft charge which I can ill afford, a refund for this amount would be appreciated and all my card details removed from your system immediately.
