What Do I Do?
I HAVE CALLED 1-800-400-1447 MULTIPLE TIMES, BEEN ON HOLD FOR UP TO TWO HOURS, AND AM UNABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE.
I HAD DIAL-UP WITH WORLD NET AND SWITCHED TO DSL. NOW THE MESSAGE HAS SAID I WILL LOSE MY E-MAIL IF I DON'T CONVERT TO THE NEW FREE E-MAIL WITH YAHOO. I THOUGHT ALL OF THIS DID NOT APPLY TO ME UNTIL I READ THAT I DON'T HAVE TO RETURN MY MODUM!!
THAT MAKES ME BELIEVE I WILL LOSE NOT ONLY WORLD NET BUT MY DSL AS WELL
I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND I AM FED UP WITH CALLING THIS NUMBER MULTIPLE TIMES, BEING PUT ON HOLD UNTIL MY BATTERY WEARS DOWN ON MY PHONE, AND NEVER TALKING TO A REAL PERSON!
HOW CAN ATT TREAT CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A SHABBY WAY - IT IS DOWN AND OUT RUDE!
