How To Actually Read Text Messages By Looking At My Pdf File Through Acct.??!

How to actually READ text messages by looking at my PDF file through Acct.??!Ik it's been done in the past and At&t says that's not possible anymore? I call bs, i mean come on we are in 2018 & your saying 2014 it was possible but now it's not?! LoL hhmm My gut instinct keeps coming back to this question & eventually we will figure this out but now im asking for some help bc this is driving me insane!! LoL Any help is appreciated!! ;)

If AT&T still offers a PDF to view your account then you might want to check any OS updates or somehow your PDF app has been corrupted. Just a suggestion!
