Tv Will Not Let Me Pause Anymore
It had been 2 days now & when I press puse button on remote it tells me"pause not available. The DVR is currently unplugged or restarting " nothing has been touched here. How do I get my pause back

unplug the at & t uverse cable box it's probably black and kind of similar to a playstation 2.
hold down the ok button and the down arrow
then while still holding the buttons down plug the at & t cable box back in
then after five seconds release the buttons, you should see like 3 circles
wait until it reboots by itself
then the cable should return again and your pause problem will be fixed, I had the same problem it was annoying but this worked for me. Hope it helps.
