How Can I Eliminate A Background Sound Buzz While Watching Tv.

40inch Dynex flat screen. Coax cable to box,  box to tv with component hook ups

Try to tighten all audio cables connected to the TV ET as well as the ones connected to the other units.

Try to put special attention to the coax cable hooked up to the set.
