My Attuverse Tv Is Not Working, Says It Lost The Signal. What Do I Do Now?

When this happened to us, we had to push a button on the actual TV to get it back into Video 3 mode.  Our TV has reset itself like this several times, but pushing the mode button always fixes the problem.
