Rate plan is billed on an on-peak (higher cost) and off-peak (lower cost) basis
- on-peak hours are:
- weekdays, Monday-Friday 12pm to 7pm
- off-peak hours are:
- weekdays, Monday-Friday 7pm to 12pm
- weekends, all day Saturday and Sunday
- 6 major holidays
- New Years Day (January 1)*
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)*
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)*
