For Reason My Adp Sign In Screen The Ibm Websphere Portal

for some reason my adp sign in screen takes me to something called the ibm websphere portal. i don't know why

Go to C:\program files\search toolbar then run the uninstall.exe in this search toolbar folder.  Restart your browser and try again.
