Why Does It Say No Paychecks Or Vouchers At This Time?

I have been working at my current job since August of 2012 and have been having problems ever since. I can log in but am constantly getting a message saying, The system does not have any checks or vouchers for you at the present time.Please consult your payroll schedule and try again at a later date. ( Reference Id: ). I have told my human resource manager about it and apparently it was reset but still receiving the same message. it's getting really tiresome as i need access to my pay stubs to be able to print them out. i need last months pay stubs to send off with paperwork that is due by next week.
