Student Loan Payment

Hello. I have been trying to pay my monthly student loan payment to ACS and the online system is down. I tried to call but the phone system was down. Please contact me and let me know how I can make my payment. Thank you. Louis

I have the same problem, but the government is shut down which includes financial student loans... so we are all in the same boat! I hope we don't get charged late fees!
