How Do I Activate My Card I Received Today?

I received my cards today and was directed to visit aarp.org/activation. When I get there it tells me to select information about subjects I don't need. How do I activate my cards?

If your subscription has been paid you do not need to activate your membership card, it's done automatically on payment. If you need more info go here. If you need answer to other questions, contact AARP CS@ 1-800-566-0242 for assistance.

you don't it is already in effect. aarp wants interests that you have generating more emails. When you sign up and pay fee the card is activated.
