If you have online access, go to this AAA webpage and enter your home zip code. This will link you to your regional AAA webpages and phone numbers you need.

You can then call for either Northern California or Southern California areas to be connected to membership who can supply the information.

Trying to sign in at the website will not help because the first thing requested is your membership number...

Road service is easy 1-800-AAA-HELP but finding your local office is less so because AAA is actually a collection of affiliated automobile clubs.

The California State Automobile Association actually serves northern CA, Nevada and Utah and is also known as AAA Northern California. The Southern California Automobile Association you can also find branch locations in the same lower column.
