My 16 Year-old Daughter's Insurance And Our Car
My 16 year-old lives with her Mom more than half time, but part of the time she lives with me and my second wife.
My daughter has her own car and she is insured through AAA on my ex-wifes' account.
Is she covered in OUR car if she occasionally drives with us?
I think so, but my wife needs convincing:
1) she is an occasional driver and is covered on our policy
2) she is ALSO covered by her OWN insurance on my ex-wife's policy
Am I right?
