Where Is The Pin Code For A Boost Mobile Card It's Supposed To Be On The Recipt?

Bought a boost mobile re-boost card at 7-11 but can't fine pin number on my 7-11 recipt. It has 2 sets of numbers. 1st set say:

By default, your PIN code is the last 4 digits of your PUK code - but obviously if you've changed your PIN code yourself, this will no longer apply.
