Reembursement For Non-sticking 3m Packaging Tape
purchased 3 rolls of transparent 3m packaging tape. 1 7/8 wide x 3" id x 4" od. it does not adhere to a typical cardboard shipping carton. how can i be repaid or recieve replacement tapes, that hold properly?
