Nba 2k13 Myteam Market Glitch?

So I was trying to play MyTeam on NBA 2K13, and I went to the market to buy a player, but 95% of the players were "game locked" so I went through each team, and I figured out there were only four teams who's players weren't game locked. There were only seven NBA games today, meaning even if the game locked players are locked ALL DAY when they have a game, there should only be fourteen locked teams, leaving sixteen available instead of four. Also, it's to my understanding game locked players are supposed to be locked WHILE their team is literally in a game. There were no NBA games being played while I was on NBA2K13. What's happening?
