I Bought And Downloaded Wwe 2k15 Today. I Doesnt Work

i cant switch through game modes on the main menu. just the play option is allowed to be highlighted. i also purchased the add on for the accelerator, it doesnt work. nothing works. this game was expensive, and i cant do anything. it was downloaded on my ps4. maybe it needs to be re downloaded. also i want someone to contact meto resolve my questions on the phone. . i waited hours to download the game, not happy at all to not be able to play the game.
