How Can I Adjust The Pitcher On My Hitachi Ct-7894b T.v.?

I have a Hitachi CT-7894B T.V. receiver and the pitcher is really dark. I don't have the original remote or the owner's manual. I have the tv programed to a different remote and I enter the menu but there are no options for adjusting the color or bright or anything for the pitcher, How can I adjust the pitcher? and where can I find a manual for this T.V..
