CLEANING YOUR GRIDDLE Unplug and allow griddle to cool before use. 6 5770-049_14EM1.indd 6 9/04/14 9:00 AM With the temperature control probe removed, the griddle can be completely dry before cleaning. Rinse and dry thoroughly. CAUTION: Temperature control probe and probe guard must always be immersed completely. DO NOT IMMERSE ... tray and discard contents. Wipe with hot soapy water and a plastic scouring pad. Or you may wash them with damp cloth and dry thoroughly. The griddle, drip tray and warming tray are dishwasher safe. Remove temperature control probe.
