Debris such as mud should be removed with a water-moistened cloth with soft rubbing, followed by a light wiping with a simple twirl in diminishing circles on the lens to remove fingerprints and surface blemishes. The NIKON LENS PEN is an excellent field accessory that will ensure proper cleaning of your scope with a clean dry cloth to moisten and immediately rotate the soft cleaning pad over the marks. Wipe the main tube of soiled lenses. Work the pad in the center. Simply brush first, then exhale on the lens, ending with a dry cloth.
