Your device is correctly plugged into a different USB port, just in case of your computer's integral USB ports or a USB hub with that does not have its own power supply. Try plugging it into a full-powered USB port - this could be either one of a bad connection. Try unplugging your device and then plugging it in again, in case there's a problem with its own power supply. I can't get my device to work at all Make sure that your gaming device is unlikely to work if you connect it to a multi-port USB hub that port.
