CTH13AS029 STEP 3 Fold the seatback down the head restraint. CTH13AS027 From outside STEP 1 Pull the strap to unlock the seatback and then fold the seatback down. CTH13AS028 STEP 2 Pull the lever up. CTH13AS064 80 4RUNNER_U Adjustable components (seats, mirrors, steering wheel) STEP 3 Pull the lever to fold down . 1-3. The seat cushion will slide backward and the seatback will be unlocked.
