If the hood is not locked properly, it -yourse lf m a int e na nc e H ood Release the lock from the inside of the vehicle to open while the vehicle is fully closed and locked. CAUTION n Pre-driving check Check that the hood is in death or serious injury. 366 Pull the hood lock release lever. The hood will pop up the hood catch lever and lift the hood. Pull up slightly. Do-it may result in motion and cause an accident, which may open the hood. 4 -3 .
