The ignition keys don't have new ones made easily using these plugs. .46 If you lose your keys, you'll be able to make extra keys. The door keys are for the ignition only. When a new GrandAm is delivered, the dealer removes the plugs from the door keys, and gives themto the first owner. Keep the plugs a safe in place.
