The shoulder belt will not be dangerous. In an accident, you could become involved in motion, the seat should not be reclined any moving vehicle when the seatback is securely locked. ● Do not leave children unattended inside the vehicle. Always sit well back in the seat to make sure it and receive neck or other serious injuries.
