If you received your keys without the bag, ask your authorized dealer to the OFF position, and remove the key. Ignition Key Removal Place the shift lever in a plastic bag with the key code number on it. Ignition Key Positions Ignition Key 14 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE STARTING YOUR VEHICLE A WORD ABOUT YOUR KEYS The keys for your new vehicle are enclosed in P (Park). Turn the ignition switch to give you the number. The key code can also be obtained by your authorized dealer from your vehicle invoice.
