Make sure the cover is properly aligned when inserting it . The cover can be removed completely by pressing inward on the liftgate. Replace in reverse order. Controls and features LUGGAGE COVER Coupe Detach the lifting straps on both ends of the support. 63 Wagon Pull out the roller cover and secure the retaining points. Release the cover at the sides and pull it out horizontally without tilting it .

When returning the seats back to their original positions, make sure the safety restraints will function properly and are positioned in the luggage compartment and fold the rear seatback forward. 79 Seating and safety restraints Folding the rear seat cushion forward Lift the seat cushion and pull it forward. Sedan Pull one or both of the unlocking controls in front of the seat back. Folding the rear seatback forward Coupe and wagon Push the unlocking control on the rear seatback and fold the rear seatback forward.

Take note of the access cover on the lower rocker moulding by unsnapping. Remove the spare tire by loosening the jack tie down bolt in restowing when finished. The lug wrench is located under the spare tire (Sedan and Coupe) and on the underside of the jack position before removal in order to the proper jack lift points. 171 On Coupe models, remove the access door (if equipped) on Wagons.
