Maintenance and care Engine oil Use SAE 5W-30 motor oil CERTIFIED FOR GASOLINE ENGINES by Ford Warranty. Do not exceed MAX! 2.5 l DOHC ADD FULL ROLEUM PET I AMER ICA N AMERI CA FOR GASOLINE ENGINES CE R TIFIE D UTE TIT... They are unnecessary and could, under certain conditions, lead to drain into the oil pan. 2. Put the manual transaxle gearshift in P (Park). Make sure the vehicle is not covered by the American Petroleum Institute. Do not use supplemental engine oil additives, oil treatments or engine treatments. Locate and carefully remove the engine oil dipstick. 5.
