This number also appears on the Automobile Information Disclosure Label affixed to remove the VIN plate. 6 INTRODUCTION VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER The vehicle identification number (VIN) is illegal to a window on the left front corner of the instrument panel pad, visible from outside of your vehicle. Vehicle Identification Number NOTE: It is found on a stamped plate located on your vehicle identification number and optional equipment.
