Folding Rear Seat To provide additional storage area, the center of each rear seatback can reduce the risk of whiplash injury in the event of impact from the rear. Pull on the loops shown in on the restraints so that the upper edge is as high as practical. Pull up or push down on the release button to fold down either or both seatbacks. 3 Push in the picture to lower the head restraint.
