The spare tire is stored underneath the rear cargo area. The tools and jack are under the cargo area behind a cover on the cargo area lining to loosen it, then remove the jack. 7. Remove the plastic cover on the driver's side. Remove the cover by turning the knobs counterclockwise, then pulling out the cover. 6. The tow hook should not be used to your vehicle, use it with the wheel nut wrench. 568 2011 MDX Do not use the towing hook for straight, flat ground towing only. Front TOWING HOOK 2. Do not tow at an angle. Remove the towing hook and wheel nut wrench located behind the cargo area cover on the driver's side. 3. Screw the towing hook into the hole, and tighten it as a tie down. If Your Vehicle Gets Stuck TOWING HOOK and WHEEL NUT WRENCH WHEEL NUT WRENCH To avoid damage to tow the vehicle onto a flat bed.
