Refund On Songs From Itunes Store
I bought a song from itune store and i bought the wrong song can i get a rufund an get the song i want

In the Itunes Store Terms & Conditions, it states that "All sales and rentals of products are final". However, it states shortly after this that, "If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, your sole remedy is a REFUND. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or REFUND of the price paid, as determined by Apple."
Now, granted, that's not the problem that you're having, but if they are willing to give a refund for this situation, perhaps they'd be willing to give you one as well. I recommend that you keep the song that you received from them, as well as the Itunes receipt that they send you (to show that a purchase was actually made, and for what).

Just choose your country and then the category that best describes your problem. Personally, I would click the "Music Purchases" tab, then the "Music Purchases" subtab, and then "Email Us". Supposedly, you get a response within 24 hours. You can also report a problem in the Itunes Store. Scroll to the bottom, click "Account", then "Purchase History", and then there's an option to report a problem. I've heard the second solution can take a while to get a response, though.
