Complant Of My I Phone 3gs

Sir I buy my iPhone. 3GS from Singapore it's still under warranty I am living in philippnes it's battery is damage,it working in only7-8 hours on full charge where how I can replace it,can I complante in apple store in (Cebu) Philippnes pls advice me about it Thanks,Harpal Singh
