3gs Will Not Restore
MY iPhone 3gs will not start; when connected to iTunes is says I need to restore. When hooked to the usb cable it tries to download lastest software, completes that task, and then appears to install software. Then i get a " cant restore message and error"1604" or some such.
All help responses appreciated.
