The cost of the motherboard alone can vary greatly depending on whether you buy new or referbished, as well as where you buy from. Refurbished look to be running around $115 right now, and new are around $160. Also, if you will not be replacing the board out yourself, there will be a cost to that as well, which can vary even greater depending on who/the shop, area of the country you live in and other factors. A conservative guesstimate would be $50-$100 more.
