My Emachine T5246 Is Shutting Down By Itself.

Officially it is most likely the motherboard.  I repaired mine and now working just fine.  THe filter caps for the processor seemed to have gone bad.  You need to take motherboard to a good electronics tech, have them replace the 1800uF caps and you should be good to go.
