Can I Use Intel Wireless Wifi Link 5300 Pci Express Mini Card For Et1831?

I bought eMachines ET1831 desktop and would like to have a wireless adapter to add. I saw this Intel Wireless WiFi Link 5300 PCI Express Mini Card on http://www.ebuyer.com/product/149424 and Im not sure if this would fit the desktop. Could you help me and pls advice which WiFi adapter would fit. Many thanks in advance.
