Hi I Have An Acer Emachine E442 And Some Of The Keys Are Not Working But Some Ar

I have done a factory reset and such but nothing's working. I reato somewhere that to should try to replace the Bezel is that true an if so where is it located they how could that be causInge the problem. I just bought this laptop and I did clean it yesterday so I thought maybe that caused it but I don't know because do didn't try it before hand. It's a used laptop and there is some damage like a crack by the power button and on the bottom left of the plastic around the screen. Any tips would be very helpful thank you.

You can't replace keys on a laptop keyboard, the entire keyboard will need to be replaced. Fortunately the are inexpensive. Try www.amazon.com or www.newegg.com
