How To Transfer Money From Paypal Acc To Bank Acc

i bought an item via paypal on ebay,the buyer changed his mind after i sent the money,and send it back to my paypal account,i wanted to send the money back to my bank acc so i press "issue refound"but got the feeling it went back to buyer.how can i know where my money is?at the moment is not in my bankiand would i be charged?

If you selected "issue refund" the money went back to the person who sent it to you.

To transfer to your bank you click "Withdraw Money"

When you choose to withdraw money you will be offered a few ways of doing so. All means of withdrawal will cost you money in PayPal fees except for the option to transfer to your bank account. The transfer money service is free. Choose the option to transfer money to your bank account which you have associated with PayPal.

It takes a couple of days to get the money in your bank account.

You may want to contact the seller from Ebay again to let him know you accidentally send the funds back to him again.

It seems in your post you used "buyer" to mean "seller." In that case, you're right, your instructing PayPal to issue a refund would simply transfer the money back to the seller. So you need to deal with the seller to get your money back. Once you have it in your PayPal account you can withdraw it to transfer it to your bank account.
