I buy an item and they don't say if it's possible to return it or not so can I return it???

EBay requires sellers to accept returns. Even if a seller states they do not accept returns, you should be able to return the item if there is sometihng wrong with it. You will probably have to pay for the return shipping cost yourself, though. That is especially true of sellers who state they do not accept returns.
