You must contact the seller to arrange a return.  eBay is simply an intermediary and cannot help with returns.

Is that a question? lol If you want to return an item, just contact the seller and ask if you can return the item. You may not be able to do so if the seller does not accept returns. If you have a problem with the item you purchased and the seller is not cooporating then visit the eBay Resolution Center and start a case:
