eBay charges a fee to list and item, plus a percentage of the final sell price. These fees will vary depending upon the type of auction you are listing (fixed price, reserve, etc.) and the item(s) being sold. A basic listing with a picture is free. Ebay takes a percentage of the item if it sells; the amount will depend upon how much the item sells for.
