Email Saying I Won An Item

I received an email saying that I won a pair of flip flops that I was trying to order, then I got an email with the order confirmation, and the price that was charged to my account. Am I being charged, or did I get them free?

You were probably sent an invoice, asking you to pay. There is no "automatic" payment system.
