Words With Friends Incorrectly Says Friend Has Reached Maximum Number Of Games

I cannot play against friend because Words with Friends says "this player has reached the maximum number of games". However, she has no unfinished games. What to do?

20 is the maximum amount of games that you can be playing at one time. Does not matter if they are completed or not
