Why Cant I Get Past Level 9 In Farmville 2 Eggplant Is For Level 12

The only task I had at Level 9 involved eggplant which you can't get until Level 12. I wrote Zynga and they completed the task because I shouldn't have gotten it. However, since that time, I have had no tasks show up and I don't think that is normal. Will probably be writing them again.......
