Cant See Friends' Posts

hi...i was seeing a lot of junk on facebook page so i did what was in help and went to bottom of page, clicked edit and unchecked farmville..now i can see only farmville posts which i like but now i cant see anyone's posts, like stories, pictures, etc...how do i get that back??? thanks :)
